Gallery day 2

Hi all, here we go for tonight these are from the Mica section of the show..

I have to start with this one as it's one of the Gilding stamp sets Poppies, and one of my favorites..but I have used Mica on the main image and swirls on the background the rest was with gilding Flakes and we will get to those sample in a day or two.... 

 Gerbera stencil, Sparkle Medium Hunter green, and mica a the shadows ..on our card stock Every Flower,

 Again Gerbera with mica powders, but this time emboss using white detail embossing powder on Vellum the Butterflies from Butterfly Medley Decoupage stamp set

 Mica Magic on the background and Butterfly Medley was coloured with watercolour Pencils and  I added mica to the mix

 Mica on the bacground and base of butterfly medley Water colour Pencils on the mainimages and painted Diamond Sparkle Medium for extra Sparkle.

 Daisy Swirls stencil through machine with our Embossing mat, gently sponge on versamark through stencil while the card is still in place,take the stencil away then sprinkle with mica, dust and polish off set with hair spray. The butterfly is on acetate with jade and teal Sparkle medium,

And a bit of Mica Magic for the last of tonight's background  and colouring with all done with Brilliants the New set of Mica ....Yes a NEW !! set some lucky people got some at the later shows last year but it's out now and what fantastic colours are in there, greens, soft golds  and a really whow sparkly one ..

Top Ten

Good Evening Everyone ...I 'm still here... so sorry I haven't posted ........what with the shows and designing and one or two tech issues with uploading on here, I haven't  had much time...also been  busy designing next years Stamps Stencils and Embossables , but more of that later.......again so sorry for the delay... but I think the wait will be worth it..... ....tonight I'm posting photo's of my top ten from the show that aired on QVC on the 16th Jan 2013, so if you watched and wanted to see the samples again.... you can at your leisure or if you missed the show  what a shame ....at least you know what you missed !!!!!

I currently plan over the next week or so... to  post as many of the samples seen on TV and product images so you know what your looking for .....and a link to www.Imaginationcrafts.co.uk  so if you feel the desire to purchase anything you like.... so here goes

 This is an easel card there is a full picture on Imagination's Facebook page for the show. Butterfly Medley Decoupage  coloured with Felt pens and Mica powders Brilliants

 Decoupage Clematis embossed in gold coloured with pro makers and background Mica Magic

 Poppy Gilding stamp set my latest collection Gilding Stamp sets designed especially to go with our Gilding Flakes to give you this wonderful shabby chic/Vintage look ...

 Again the Bird of Paradise Gilding Stamp set using Red Gilt Flakes, with all those extra stamps to do corners and edges the possibilities are enormous and great fun to do.

 Using the Gerbera Stencil and Mica powders for that shadow look ,then the Hunter green sparkle Medium as the foreground to give you the impression of many ..

 This one was a mix of  the Gilding Stamp set Poppy Mica and Gilding flakes and with tearing the edges and using a negative of  cut out oval, Gives you a real vintage look.

 This is another curve Overlay one of my favorite styles of card to do. I think I probably used all the colours that were in the show on this one, Birdcages and Garden chair from the New Wildlife collection Spring 2013 Range of stencils..... alot of masking out but so worth it.

 This is a real cutie  it's a box card ( I have another picture of this one later in the week). this was so much fun to to do using the dies just added the last touch as the card stands up He looks as if he's looking around the tree at you ...fur trees and card stock with Hunter green Sparkle Medium.

Daisy swirls Stencil with Jade and Gunmetal sparkle Medium, the butterfly is from Butterfly Medley white embossed on Vellum, and the greetings from one of the decoupage sets,

well there they are...hangon.... I can here you say.....  there are only 9 you said top ten......ok I'll let you into a secret there are only 9 as I couldn't pick just one as my favorite  ......there so many to choose from... and I keep changing my mind ....!!!!

Sparkle Medium Workshop Card

 Hello again as promised here is the workshop Card you would have done with Amy

Silver and  Fuchsia glossy card with Lavender and Blue Sapphire Sparkle medium with Snowflake flurry Stencil, In a duo style fashion spread one colour then the next in strips diagonally, till you have completed the stencil... the Greetings are from the Tree Border Decoupage stamp set, embossed with Silver embossing powder. these cards are actually 8 x 8 white cards.

Another very similar I want to do 100 cards very quicklt for a project I'm trying to get underway. they are so quick and easy ..this one was using Gold Shine and Metallic Sparkle on cream shimmer card, again using the same duo technique with Flower Flourishes Stencil

And another using The Holly Scrolls Stencil and Metallic Sparkle and Bright Copper Sparkle medium,

Mica Magic Card Gallery

Hello again ...as promised some more of the Mica Magic style cards that i was demo-ing at the NEC made up into cards...

 Decoupage Holly Tree Stamp set with Brights Mica Powders, with Sage Green and Bright Red Sparkle medium.

 Decoupage Iris stamp set, Pastel Mica Powders, with Amethyst,Sage Green and soft purple Sparkle Medium on acetate.

 Decoupage Acorns stamp set, Brights Mica powders, metallic Sparkle, Sage Green and gold Sparkle medium on acetate.

 Decoupage Leaves stamp set,I just love the little ladybug Brights Mica Powders rusty colours with Welsh Gold, Bright Copper, and Metallic Sparkle on the leaves and  Bright red on the Ladybugs.

 Winter Bouquet stamp set, with a Mica Background using bright set,with a Sparkle medium topper using Sage Green Diamond and Bright red on acetate the background was embossed with Gold detail embossing powder and the small stamp from the same set,

Decoupage Lantern stamp set back grounds with Mica Brights set then embossed with gold detail embossing powders the topper. with Sage Green Bright Red gold and Amethyst and Diamond on the candle, tip of the flame is with copper Sparkle Medium..

Hello... has it really been that long since I've posted  ....crikey!!!!. I'm so sorry...I really must try to put a little time away to add more samples ..we have been so busy with the last of the shows for this year, SECC in Scotland. It was lovely to see you all there and I hope a few of you,have dropped by to have a look at a few of the samples and check on the Mica Magic techniques.

and the NEC just last week, again thanks for those who stopped by and took part in our workshop's that Amy Shaw and myself were doing I certainly enjoyed the fun we had in the afternoons.So here are the workshop samples using the stamp and lft out technique we did.

 Decoupage Dove Stamp set and Blues and Greens and Purple, from the Brights Mica powder set with Silver and Sage Green Sparkle Medium.on acetate.

 Decoupage Snowflake same colours as above from Brights Mica powders with Silver Sparkle Medium on acetate.

 Decoupage Dragonflies, same colours again with flashes of pearl and Silver Sparkle Medium on acetate.

 Decoupage Ivy with Green ,Bronze and Gold Mica Powders from Brights Set with Metallic sparkle and Sage Green Sparkle Medium on acetate.

 Decoupage Holly with Green, Garnet Red and bronze Mica powders from brights set and Sage Green and Bright red Sparkle Medium on acetate

Decoupage Butterflies Stamp set with Green, Bronze and flashes of Gold mica from set Brights and Metallic Sparkle on acetate
